FOR ARTISTS

Theme: Anatomy 

Size: A6 (any material)

Aim: promote Organ Donation and raise funds for organ donation charity

 

Submission open to all (no country or age restrictions)

Artwork submission is NOW CLOSED for 2015

 

Submission deadline - 22th July 2015 (29th July for UK postage) 

 

 

Please see guidance on artwork submission for AFL 2015 as follows:

Get a peice of card / material that is roughly 4" x 6" (15x10cm, A6)

Any material are welcome as long as it is A6 sized. Wood, metal, glass.. you name it.

 

If you are using card, we recommend a paper weight of 250gsm or above so it is not too flimsy. if you live in Brighton (UK), we will be supplying some blank postcards at these specific locations.

Create your anatomy artwork

You can make anything related to the human body and organs

 

Be creative! Any type of media are welcome. include pencil, watercolour, photography, embroidery, metal work etc. (you can submit more than 1 peice)

Remember to sign on the back of your masterpiece

we will keep each artwork anonymous until the exhibition and online mystery auction ends.

 

Names of the artist for each piece of artwork will be revealed on our online gallery and artist statment once auction has ended.

Provide us you name and bio with our info form. (alternatively you can provide this on a separate peices of paper)

Information we require include:

 

Your name / alias 

Your email address

Your artwork title and a short statement about your artwork 

 

You may also wish to include a short message / story about yourself. Its a perfect opportunity to tell others about your experiences and views about organ donation.

Your artwork will be displayed at the AFL exhibition, and auctioned at our online mystery auction starting from 99p bids. All raised funds will go to support transplant research study designated by "Live Life Give Life" Charity. 

 

The highest sold and most popular artworks will be featured in our highlights and be references in any post event press materials. 

ANYONE can submit artwork for a great cause and help spread the important message of organ donation.
You can send us as many pieces of artwork as you wish.So pick up your brushes and get creative!
